Numeracy Co-ordinator Making the role count!

This programme is aimed at current coordinators and those new to the role.

The programme centres on the need to champion mathematics to children, staff and parents, and how its content hinges on three key themes: subject knowledge; pedagogy; and coaching and mentoring. These themes are recognised by Ofsted as being key to the development of mathematics at a whole school level.

The session will offer support and guidance to lead the subject in light of recent numeracy publications and the new numeracy curriculum.
