The Leadership and Training Centre is based at Shenley Brook End School.  The school was awarded National Teaching School status in 2012 and contributes to the outstanding provision of the Denbigh Teaching School Alliance with an emphasis upon Succession Planning and Talent Management and Leadership Development.  For a general understanding of ways in which the Leadership and Training Centre offers support in these areas please see our website.

 

Following a Milton Keynes wide audit of succession planning information a variety of approaches to encourage the development of talent, support succession planning and encourage leadership development.  These include events such as the Milton Keynes Leadership Development Conference and the establishment of a Leadership Network in the coming academic year.

 

We also offer a range of accredited and bespoke leadership development programmes which include the new National College Leadership Curriculum for aspiring and existing middle leaders, senior leaders and headteachers.
