STEM Lectures
Dear STEM Student,
You have been invited to attend a series of lectures based on current Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths “Hot Topics”. These will be delivered by Top Academics from around the country, including Cranfield University, Royal Society of Chemistry, The Open University, University of Birmingham and University of Warwick. They will be explaining how STEM subjects affect all our lives and what the current trends in research are.
All the lecture topics have been chosen carefully so that they build on and extend elements of the GCSE and A Level programmes of study.
Don’t miss out on this fabulous opportunity to hear about STEM developments at the cutting edge.
Lectures take place in the Meeting Hall on Thursdays at 3:15pm. They will last approximately 45 minutes with some time for questions at the end. All those attending will receive a certificate at the end of the course.
All attendees including Denbigh students are asked to book their places for each lecture using the Eventbrite booking system below
Details of this can be found on the School website www.denbigh.net. Further enquiries can be made via email; StemLectures@Denbigh.net or telephone; 01908 330529.
